Live By The Sword, Learn By The Sword

Fencing is something you can practice and improve yourself through for your entire life. Though youth and fitness are certainly an asset, the ability to read and outthink an opponent can be just as important, so people of any age or level of fitness can achieve success in fencing with a little dedication.

Skills and habits learned in fencing can be applied to other areas of life. Fencing develops discipline, focus, and observational skills, and kids who fence have been shown to have higher GPAs on average than students in other sports.
